A: All artist' retain 100% royalties after a 95$ base fee applied, if the artist does not obtain more than 95$ in a fiscal year, that artist will not receive cuts nor will they be charged, the 95$ fee is to retain the distributor fee
Q: What actions do Casper Records take against infringement, fraud, or discrediting?
A: Casper Records will send legal fines to those caught misusing Casper Records status. Casper Records will take legal action no matter the price, or person. Casper Records does not associate with anyone who commits fraud

Spencer Pace, cousins with Jacob Evertson, was born and raised in Austin Texas. Spencer founded Casper Records in 2020 in late November. Casper Records was first recognized as a label in 2021 by Spotify and continues to be recognized by more platforms each and every month. as of 2023, Spencer has signed and worked with over 25 artists from over 15 states and regions in the United States. Casper Records currently operates out of Austin Texas while maintaining connections with various California artists as well as Michigan and Floridian artists. Casper Records mission is to seek those who value music for music and not for fame or money. Good music that is valued for its quality will naturally bring in fame and money, but those who focus on fame and money first do not have what it takes to be an artist in todays industry.

Jacob Evertson, cousins with Spencer Pace, was born and raised in Austin Texas. Jacob was born speaking music fluently and continues to learn new instruments and software almost daily. Jacob was selected as vice president of Casper Records in 2023 as the company sought to soar to even more elevated heights. Jacob has helped the company seek legal protection as well as attract live venues and help artist on the label connect to events.

William Boyer, professionally known as MBC (Money Bag Catchers) Ransom, was born in Scott City, Kansas and raised in Fairfax. Missouri. After traveling through Colorado and Iowa at a young age, Ransom now resides in the Lonestar State. Ransom came into contact with Casper in later 2023 and early 2024. Ransom's expertise in booking performances has significantly increased Casper Record's spread and connections. Ransom has performed various concerts and venues of his own while also be knowledgeable on software production as well as audio engineering.

Denisse Olvera was born and raised in Georgetown, Texas. Denisse has been Casper Records since 2024. Meeting the team was an easy task but managing the finances at Casper Records is difficult without Denisse.
